Warranties

Our work is covered by licensing laws set out be the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (Old QBSA). These are in addition to the warranty supplied by the material manufacturer.

Insurance

SEQ Property Maintenance holds current public liability insurance of $20 million, with each sub-contractor holding his or her own continual income protection insurance.

Health & Safety

SEQ Property Maintenance values the wellbeing of its employees, contractors, customers, the communities in which we operate and the environment.

We are committed to responsible managements practices that minimise adverse health, safety or environmental impact arising from our activities, products or services.

Our policies and procedures are overseen by our own in-house WHS Officer who is suitably trained and holds a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety BSB41407.
